Illinois Fairgrounds Coliseum

Name the Coliseum Contest

Why the New Name?

Built in 1901, the Coliseum has been one of the premier showpieces of the Illinois State Fairgrounds. It was recently declared ‘unusable’ because of structural deficiencies. The Illinois Fairgrounds Foundation jumped into action, soliciting donations to restore the facility. Numerous donations, along with a $1 Million contribution from Governor and Mrs. Rauner, have now enabled the Coliseum to be fully restored and reopened in time for the 2019 Illinois State Fair! Part of this reopening also incorporates a brand new name for the Coliseum and we want your help in determining what the new name will be!
